This page explains the principles applied by CEPFOMEN regarding the collection, processing, retention and protection of personal data, in line with the Cameroonian legal framework, including Law No. 2024/017 of 23 December 2024 on personal data and privacy protection.

The processing of personal data described on this website is carried out in accordance with applicable Cameroonian law on privacy and personal data protection.
CEPFOMEN also takes into account relevant Cameroonian cybersecurity and confidentiality requirements where they apply to its online services.

We only collect the data required to process requests sent through forms, manage comments and improve the service.
Purposes of processing
Data is used to respond to requests, follow up conversations, moderate contributions, manage relations with visitors and secure the platform.
It is not sold and is shared only with technical service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the service or the handling of a request.

Processing is based on the need to respond to requests, ensure the proper operation of the website, comply with applicable legal obligations and, where required, on the user's consent.
